A customer service representative is often your first point of contact with HarperCollins Publishers. qualification
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Call center/customer care center experience preferred
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable communication with internal and external customers via phone and chat
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.Preference will be given to those with technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of HarperCollins Publishers products and competitors’ products preferred.
- Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One and Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
