At FastComet, we are dedicated to continuously improving the Service and all of its features. We strongly believe that customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to our business. While we have recently focused on refining the technical aspects of our solution, including plan upgrades, new data centers, and security for customer logins, we are also looking forward to working on the customer-facing aspects of our service, particularly our client areas and how we do so. recognizes the importance of Not multilingual.
Therefore, we are currently focused on improving the accessibility and usability of our client areas. After all, this is the only unified place where you can manage our services and explore new ones. We understand that previously being available only in English, we may not have been able to meet the diverse needs of our customers around the world. To address this, we have worked to translate this document into multiple languages to make it more convenient and inclusive for our global customer base.

English has thoroughly penetrated the world. However, we completely understand that not everyone can use it fluently. Therefore, we are taking several initiatives to reduce the frustration that non-English speaking customers may experience when using our client areas.
At FastComet, we believe everyone should be able to purchase and use our services in a way that is convenient for them. This includes making the service available in your native language. cPanel, the control panel you use with all your hosting plans, already has an option to change the interface language. Why should your client area be different? It’s time to start translating!
When will it happen?
It’s happening now! A beta version of client area localization is already live. The next time you log in, you can choose to keep your current language or choose a different language. Currently available languages are:
- English;
- Spanish;
- French;
- Italian;
- Korean;
- Portuguese.
You can change your language at any time. It’s very easy. Log into your account at FastComet.com and look for the language selector at the top of the page.
Changes take effect immediately. The page will refresh to reflect your newly selected language. We wanted to make it as convenient as possible and I think we did a good job of that.
What’s next?
First and foremost, we are working hard to remove the “beta” tag from our localization efforts. We want every language we’ve ever chosen, and every language we’ll choose next, to be as accurate and natural as possible. We do not use machine translation.
While we’re working on that, we’re also developing a way to automatically assign a language to new customers in the client area depending on their browser’s language settings. This should make the client area more attractive and less confusing for those just starting out.
Finally, I would like to add more languages to the above list. Based on our customer base, we felt these were the most important ones. But we have no intention of stopping there. We want our client areas to be as accessible as possible to our customers.
